COVID PANDEMIC SERVICES
India has been put in lockdown due to the spread of the corona virus pandemic, People have been told to stay home, which effected the Daily-wage earners who suffered lot due to the lack of work and income, Government has decided to follow the lockdown strictly as the spread of the virus and the count of the infected people kept on increasing. We understood the importance of servicing the people during the pandemic.
The SAVE & CARE CHARITABLE TRUST has been servicing the Daily-wage earners like homeless people, Auto & cab drivers, Platform shop keepers, painter, civil workers and single parent.
Our team identified the starving people and provided their needs.
- We provided 500 mid-day meals in throughout pandemic period in all over Government Hospitals Chennai.
- We created awareness of corona virus to the public and to the corporation sectors.We served food for homeless people in the society
- We Provided provision items like Atta, rice, dal items, oil, sugar, pulses, spices, and soap tooth paste. These package delivered to daily wage earners, single parent, and elderly who are most impacted during the lockdown period
- We targeted the people at higher risk (older people, people under the health conditions and pregnant women).and we explained the preventing measures suggested by the government
- We appreciated our corona warriors (police, doctors, nurses, corporation workers, NGO’S)
